I think it's very easy to do if you write a YA book because there are so many actors out there. I love doing it. It's an extra bit of motivation to keep writing. Also, sometimes I will come across someone on the train or on the street would looks very quirky and seem like they would have a great life story. I use Scrivener for my character worksheets I do and their pictures.
